My love of music and previous experience in sound engineering led me to pursue a career in audiology, enabling me to apply these passions within an industry that positively impacts the lives of others.
Sebastian Ryan is the State Manager of Clinical Services for Ear Science Institute Australia. He is a qualified audiologist and an experienced operations manager, committed to achieving the best clinical outcomes for clients.
Sebastian gained progressive leadership and management responsibilities as an audiologist before stepping into an operations management role, where he has improved clinic performance while enhancing overall client experiences. His leadership experience and business acumen are further strengthened with completion of a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA).
