This place is wonderful. I travelled all the way from the Central Coast on recommendation from Value Hearing who are no longer in business & Shen Yao Foo is just a really decent guy who runs an honest business.Many places will try and upsell you whatever they can, however Shen Yao Foo tried hard to get my old hearing aids working & even actively recommended me not changing aids unless I needed to. I do still believe I'll upgrade soon as I have bad tinnitus & need the latest masking features, however Shen Yao Foo has me as a client for as long as he's in business (Which I hope is a very long time) as it's wonderful to deal with people with such ethics in this industry.
I returned to Lions for my annual maintenance which coincided with substantial hearing loss after recovering from Covid two weeks prior. I had been to my GP the day before who did an ear syringe for wax removal.Lauren use an instrument and confirmed that I had fluid in both my inner ears. I was still struggling with post Covid effects and found her knowledge and caring attitude to be extremely comforting.Lauren downloaded the latest aid update and readjusted my aids to help with this current condition. She offered to do later adjustments when my hearing condition improves.I was so grateful to have access to this amazing professional lady. Thank you.

This is my very first visit seeing an audiologist and I must say that the process was a breeze. From the initial appointment- i was given a pre Questionnaire to fill up prior which saves heaps of time on the actual day and Shang/Shan went through the steps clearly and well. My Phonak hearing aids together with my Phonak ComPilot & TV Link have really made a difference to my hearing and enjoyment of life. My hearing Aids are Blue-toothed to my Mobile Phone during the day and then, when I want, to the TV at night.I can hear my wife! - even when she starts talking from the other end of the apartment - not that I can fully understand what she is saying but I know that she is saying something! I am no longer accused of 'selective hearing' !!!I signed up to the After Care Package and I haven't looked back. Value Hearing have done everything they promised. A very professional service (especially compared to my experiences over the previous 5 years).

I started my "hearing-in-colour" journey (great term, Andrew!) in May 2023. Over the next few months, I visited several audiologists and trialed an average of two types of hearing aids at each, all of which were disappointing in one or more ways.By the time I met Andrew Peou at Lions Hearing / Ear Sciences Mt Lawley in Jan 2024, I was fed up with the whole process and had little confidence that I would find exactly what I needed. And I was certainly not in a mood to drop thousands of dollars on hearing aids I didn't love.Andrew was the first audiologist to actually listen (ironic, right?) to me and query me in detail about my needs. The first aids he suggested were much closer to the mark than any I'd previously tried, but still not quite there. Andrew kept listening and suggested another type, confident that this pair would tick all of the boxes.How right he was.After trialing so many different types, this was the first pair I was still wearing at the end of the trial.I've had my own for almost two weeks now and they are still finding new and pleasant ways to surprise me - I love what they are doing for me, even though Andrew and I still have a few tweaks to make.The best part? Today, I went to Midland Hearing Clinic. I was seen by Rida, who confirmed for me the High quality service I always get whenever I have an appointment. Rida took time to explain to me the best way to care for my ears. I was referred by my General Practitioner to this clinic and I found their service really quite excellent. I very much appreciated the time and effort Sheng Foo, the audiologist, took to make things clear, to explain what could and could not be done in realistic but sympathetic terms. His micro-suction clearance of my ears meant that I was able to get a first class assessment without having to post-pone appointments because of inadequate clearance due to residual wax. Katie the receptionist was so helpful and clear when she spoke with well enunciated words so I could know when appointments were occurring. My hearing is a rate limiting step as to whether I can work or not. It is also a rate limiting step to feeling included in conversations in social settings.The result has meant I have had significant benefits on both fronts. My wife and I visited Value Hearing Perth recently for our annual hearing review. We have both been wearing hearing aids for many years but have only been with Value Hearing for the past three years. The difference between the level of service we now receive at Value Hearing compared to our two previous hearing aid providers and audiologists has made us realise how lucky we are to now have our hearing cared for by Value Hearing.Over the past three years our regular audiologist, Raza, has consistently demonstrated the highest level of professionalism. First, finding the hearing aids that were right for us and now, for ensuing that our hearing aids are working efficiently and continuing to meet our expectations. Raza has always been very professional and thorough. At our recent review he took the time to check our hearing and then, to ensure that our hearing aids were adjusted to reflect recent hearing loss. Although this was relatively minor, we both noticed the immediate improvements to our hearing.After our review was completed, we mentioned that we had both been having great difficulty with the new Oticon Companion app on our mobile phones. Although we both have very different model phones, we were experiencing the same problems – hearing aids disconnecting from the app countless times each day and then not pairing again irrespective of what we tried. The only solution was to switch off and then restart our phone. Obviously this was not a practical solution countless times each day so we simply stopped using the app which denied us access to a number of hearing aid functions.Raza took considerable time and showed great patience resolving our problems – first upgrading the firmware on our hearing aids and then updating the Oticon Companion apps on our phones to take advantage of the firmware upgrades. Not only did this resolve our problems but also addressed an issue that had been causing us both considerable anxiety. Thank you Raza and thank you Value Hearing. I recently began my search for hearing aids. It became quite overwhelming and confusing, with vastly different prices for the same product, different services etc. I was a few weeks into my search when I came across Value Hearing. Firstly, the website and the youtube videos were very informative, giving me the knowledge I needed to make a informed decision. The whole online platform is amazing, I felt comfortable knowing so much more.Then secondly, I received quotes after I requested them, and this is when I found a transparent, incredibly detailed and helpful customer service provided by Lezanne. Michelle was very helpful and after trying to fix the problem organized a 1.30pm appt. Explained to Lauren what the problem was. She tested the aids, one was defective. I have been a patient of Value Hearing for many years and am now in my 80's. I find that everytime that I go for my 6 monthly checkups the audiologist always finds some way to improve the way that my aids work. I really appreciate this from them as I have minimal hearing in my left ear and anything that they can do to improve the little bit of hearing that i do have is appreciated. I have also found that the audiologists do NOT RUSH through the checkups but work methodically until the best result for me is obtained. Best audiologist.I've been looking for well over 2 years to find a place that is informative, has a good range of products and has good knowledge about them, as well as a thorough hearing test including word recognition. Value Hearing George Street is all this and more. Very happy with Pauline.I was at first very wary, however the service from the initial enquiry, to the call centre following up on queries was all most professional. They were happy to deal with me via email and text, which for my level of hearing is more appropriate than phone calls.Their website has lots of information and can give you updates on technology and news, which is great.I'm so glad I found them.

I am from Canada and experienced a slight problem with my tubing. I called the central number and they confirmed I could do a walk in at the Palmyra clinic. I went up later in the morning and the receptionist was already familiar with my issue, obviously the central desk alerted her. She was extremely friendly, professional and helpful. She repaired my tubing and we had a nice chat afterwards. I was a total stranger to this clinic, yet the central desk and the folks at the clinic treated me like I get treated at my clinic at home where I have dealt for over 40 years!!! I called in for a review of my Phonak hearing aids which I have been wearing for 18 months. A very thorough hearing test and re tuning the aids. Now they are a lot better.

I attended the Lions Hearing Clinic this week in Joondalup. To say I was impressed would be an understatement. The audiologist Devon was impressively thorough and all staff were most courteous.
Experience first class service where the team goes above and beyond. I have marginal hearing loss at higher frequencies that causes me to miss essential context in conversations, so a little unsure if I needed hearing aids, I approached the clinic that was referred to me by my sister.Andrew Peou is the consultant assigned to me who is very knowledgable, extremely patient and professional. Through thorough testing he explained the frequency region of loss showing me the data. Although the loss was minor, I trialled hearing aids at no cost and absolutely no pressure and settled on a product that suited my budget. It was important to me that they were discreet as I was self concious about being judged by others, silly in hindsight, but nonetheless they are not obvious to people. My bald headed Barber told me to get over it, and showed me his hearing aid that he wears, of which I have never noticed in the ten years going to him.I have been using them for 6 weeks and must say that even though my hearing loss was minor, the benefits have been life changing by helping me being more involved in conversations and the convenience of using them for phone calls, streaming audio books and music. I was quite emotional when we tested them on my favourite song hearing detail that I didn't realise existing in the music. These are amazing, just like the staff at Lions Hearing Clinic in Mount Lawley. If you are wondering if you need hearing aids don't keep putting it off like I did, make an appointment and ask for your hearing to be checked, and if you do I hope you experience the wonder I have.

As a retired ophthalmologist I did my research before selecting Prof Marcus atlas for my stapedectomy. Despite all the hassles of covid Marcus and his staff were amazing. The operations were virtually pain free and uneventful. my recovery has returned my hearing to virtually normal and changed my life.
Once I was in the appointment I was hugely impressed.Very clear information and educated me well to make a decision. Extremely thorough.I would even give 5 stars although I had to wait 30 mins from scheduled appt time.I understand now that I have been there that the attention to client is 100% when you are in the appt and I didn’t feel rushed at all. Very comfortable. I would recommend to everyone needing hearing aids or needing a 2nd opinion.I have had my aids 11 months now and find I hardly notice I’m wearing them and that I can hear in public places so much better nowadays. 10/10 Dr Raza and his team are brilliant. The service I received from The Lions Clinic Kwinana was 100% professional in all aspects of assessing my needs and arranging my new hearing aid. Professor Marcus Atlas performed my cochlear implant surgery. His gentle and caring nature put me at ease that I was in good hands. I am very happy with the outcome. So much so there was no hesitation on who I would trust to perform the same surgery on my 10 year old child.

Hubby and I went there yesterday. Honestly, if I could give more than a 5* rating I would. We had Jim helping us and he was the best. We learned far more from him than from either of the two ENT specialists we have seen previously. There was no pressure to buy hearing aids. Everything was explained to us in detail and with our complete lack of knowledge walking in, we were not made to feel stupid. So, if you are going there to learn about hearing aids then Jim is your man. Brilliant service.
We can't fault the attention from the audiologist and the staff in general. They are all friendly, have a good sense of humour and treat patients with kindness and generosity. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who wish to improve their hearing.

I have just had new hearing aids fitted. My audiologist, Sam, not only took the time to explain everything about the operation of the new device but made sure I understood completely what she meant and let me practice using Bluetooth to fulfill some functions. Sam is an excellent audiologist and I strongly recommend coming here if you have hearing difficulties.
Such lovely people at the clinic it almost made it a pleasure to be losing a bit of my hearing, but all will be well as I now know that help is at hand.

I undertook extensive research on Hearing Aids before purchasing. I found Value Hearing and their pre purchase best practices guide very helpful and valuable. The Best Practice Guide includes a flowchart that every Audiologist should follow when fitting a HA. The publication gives the user confidence that your fitting process is carried out correctly as you know what should be happening.I dealt with Felix of the Chatswood NSW branch and highly commended them for their price competitiveness and competence.

I saw Pauline at Value Hearing. This was the first pair of aids that I have purchased. Value Hearing matched price on the aids (but not unfortunately the accessories). They offer a very personalised level of service and have excellent knowledge of the different aids on the market. I was very impressed with the you tube videos and other educational content that Value Hearing produce. As a consumer, its not easy trying to compare the service offerings that the different hearing aid retailers offer.

So I visited severalClinics for a hearing assessment. During these consultations, I asked about discreet hearing aides, that would accommodate my current hair style.All of these consultations resulted in the clinician attempting to upsell expensive hearing aides, while trying to convince me they were giving me a great deal.Finally, I was fortunate enough to get an appointment with Value Hearing at Chatswood. At this time my appointment was with Felix. At no point during my appointment did Felix try to upsell expensive hearing equipment.I felt immediately at ease with this clinician, he was respectful on every level & accommodated my request for the discreet hearing aides I had hoped for.Finally, the result for me was a set of affordable hearing aides that I felt comfortable to wear. And honestly do wear them every day. This has improved my confidence, quality of life & communication abilities in groups & importantly on the golf course. As well now returning to work.I definitely want to recommend Value Hearing to anyone who needs help with hearing loss, their support has been invaluable to me.

My search began mid last year including two visits to ENT specialists which helped me understand the difference between my ears when it comes to my hearing loss. I accidentally came acrossChristo Fourie and downloaded his book. I found the information very helpful and the opportunity to write directly to him about products recommended, also valuable. The scheduled appointment time was the longest set aside that I’ve come across since my first hearing test many years ago.Their clinician used my audiogram to explain why Values recommendation was different to products previously suggested by other firms and cheaper. The clinician was very patient, thorough in explanation throughout all tests and happily answered my questions. One can’t go wrong, Value in their name, Value in their service. I was and will happily travel more than 60 minutes by train to visit their Chatswood Branch.

I was convinced by this book that he knew all about the problem. Then I found that he operated Value Hearing, a private company not tied to any particular manufacturers, and consequently bought from them. Then I met the consultant Emma, whose knowledge and attitude bumped them up to 6 stars!

I had seen Value Hearing advertisements quite some time ago but their nearest office is Bondi Junction and although I had received their very comprehensive book in the mail, I unfortunately went with another audiologist close to home. Bad move.I rang Value Hearing and first had a telephone appointment with Christo who is an amazing knowledgeable audiologist and very compassionate and understanding. He asked so many important questions and gave answers to questions I was about to ask!Now I have visited Emma at Bondi Junction and get the same impression from her. Was fitted with hearing aids in the first visit and are going back in 2 weeks for earmolds and adjustments.I am a difficult case but she is working on it and we both have faith for a good result

This place I would recommend to anyone looking to have a hearing test and also looking to purchase hearing aids. I was put on to Value Hearing by a friend, for me this was an excellent introduction . I had been to other hearing aid companies and was about to spend a fortune on hearing aids. Emma and Thilini evaluated my condition without seeing my previous tests done by others. Incidentally both test were identical. Value hearing's took time to explain my condition and advised on appropriate hearing aids. Absolutely appropriate and not over the top like other companies. They were no interested in up selling rather, providing a device that was most suitable for my needs. Also I was give a test set of aids to see if they were suitable before going ahead with getting a set for myself. Emma and the team are very courteous and helpful. A company that really puts the client first.

Prof Atlas was amazing and restored my hearing after 30 years of no hearing in my left ear and many years of cholesteatoma issues. He removed severe disease and put in a prosthetic and changed my life. No longer straining to hear or standing with people on my right etc. 👍👍.

A bit of a long story but here goes..So my Aunty tragically lost her son and after realising that she would not be able to hear her son's funeral properly for the next day, we got in contact with the Lions hearing clinic asking them for help.I spoke to a wonderful woman named Shannon and after telling her the situation, she immediately told me she would call me back and in the meantime speak to her manager to see how they can help. Sure enough, within the space of just an hour she had set up an appointment, emailed all the info we needed and got my Aunty in that same day for an assessment and a loan of great quality hearing aids!When we got there just a couple hours after speaking over the phone, the lovely staff made her a cup of tea, listened to her needs and her feelings 100% and she left with the gift of hearing thanks to Sasha the Audiologist and the entire team at Lion's hearing clinic in Mount Lawley.I cannot express enough how much this meant to her and her family. In my lifetime I have had three hearing aid fittings and yesterday my fitting at Value Hearing was far superior and more professional than any of my previous experiences. Thiline at the Sydney CBD centre was most efficient and professional, and very clear and courteous in explaining things. She guided me through the hearing test and product choice. I'm very happy with the hearing aids (Oticon OPN S) and pleased that the deal includes an extended warranty and years of after sales service and batteries.
Until a few months ago I was a happy customer of Valuehearing for many years. I decided to check out a cochlear implant and they needed an audiogram from me to evaluate my situation. I contacted my local audiologist at Valuehearing via email who should be able to pull this off the computer from my records. But I didn’t get a response. I contacted Christo as well about the audiogram and asked for an opinion about a cochlear implant. But no response either. Therefore, I went to another company and they did a thorough audiogram right away for a fee of $200. I am quite disappointed about the treatment at Valuehearing and decided to go to a different company when I need a new hearing aid.Update:The above shouldn't have happened but sometimes emails drift down in the inbox and get forgotten.Value Hearing has apologised and offered to reimburse me for the $200.

From 2015 to 2017 I saw 3 different audiologists at 3 different practices to get Hearing Aids. None of these very experienced audiologists were able to select and program top of the range HAs that satisfied me. I hated the HAs and couldn’t wait to take them out after each use outside my home. No amount of fiddling could get me HAs that I wanted to use or keep in my ears.In November 2018 I made an appointment to see Thilini at Value Hearing at their Pitt Street Sydney clinic. Thilini is far and away the best audiologist that I have seen. She is such a lovely caring person and explained each process clearly and with full information. I walked out the clinic and was happy with HAs for the first time. I now wear them 15 hours a day. I can hear my wife clearly even with the TV playing. After purchasing hearing aids for many years from various suppliers, and not having much success, I searched on line and came across Value Hearing, they looked promising, I made an appointment for a hearing test and was amazed at the lengths the audiologist went to when doing the test. One of the problems I had was deciphering the language on American T.V. television shows. I couldn't believe what came next. What shows do you watch? Next thing I was listening to an American show through the test hearing aids while adjustments were made. Presto, I could finally hear clearly. There were many other requests by me and all were taken care of professionally. Since purchasing my hearing aids from Value Hearing, I have recommended them to three of my friends, they have all purchased on the spot because they were so happy with the service. I had given up on hearing aids. Paid big money for something that didn't work. Lost a hearing aid whilst on tour and decided not to replace it. One hearing aid $5200.
